The NIKA Project, led by the Conseil du patronat du Québec (CPQ), the Regroupement des centres d’amitié autochtones du Québec (RCAAQ) and AXTRA, aims to foster the active participation of Indigenous workers in Quebec-based businesses. As part of this innovative partnership, AXTRA was tasked with documenting the issues, best practices and needs of Indigenous workers and Quebec employers, through a literature review.
