Since 2013, RQuODE has been engaged in research intended to foster entry into the labour force of Inuit, particularly in Montreal and Nunavik, with the collaboration of the Kativik Regional Government (KRG) and the Canadian Career Development Foundation (CCDF). This research identifies the specific features of employability interventions with Inuit clients from a cultural perspective, including values and beliefs, social dynamics and learning methods.
